Description

  • Assist the Account Manager with daily client deliverables and internal project needs.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and final reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Take minutes during POD meetings and support meeting documentation.
  • Submit insertion orders for signature and enter details into SFDC.
  • Track campaign performance, delivery, and margin goals against benchmarks.
  • Support ad hoc client requests while the Account Manager handles client communication.
  • Develop targeting lists based on audience and brand relevance.
  • Lead campaign screenshot collection for proof of purchase with clients.
  • Research relevant industry trends and stay current on digital media developments.
  • Work with the designer to create brand-safe screenshots for campaign POPs.
  • Monitor pacing and margin reports for regional campaigns.
  • Assist with special projects assigned by AM management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • 0-1 years of digital media experience.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to stay productive in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing and messaging tools such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Slack.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.
  • Interest in learning the digital landscape and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Ability to work with urgency, focus, and discipline with little to no supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • AdWords or YouTube certification is a plus.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and ethics are essential.
