Description

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for primarily Product and Engineering roles across the U.S. and support international hiring as needed.
  • Partner with senior leaders and founders to define roles, align hiring priorities, and set expectations for high-quality hires.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines to support growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
  • Advise leadership on talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruiting strategy.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes so they scale across regions while remaining human and flexible.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong track record sourcing and closing top-tier Product and Engineering talent.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders or founders on high-priority, high-visibility hires.
  • Deep sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill and competitive roles beyond inbound recruiting.
  • Experience navigating global hiring challenges, including time zones, regulations, and local market dynamics.
  • Trusted advisor to hiring managers and a respectful partner to candidates.
  • Adaptable, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven commitment to hiring diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Bonus if excited about open source, security, or finding talent in unconventional places.

  • Base salary range of $145,000-$165,000 USD.
