Description

Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technical roles from sourcing through offer and close.
Partner with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
Build proactive technical talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
Manage multiple concurrent searches while balancing quality, velocity, and competing priorities.
Provide reporting on pipeline health, funnel performance, hiring progress, and hiring risks.
Use recruiting data to identify gaps, improve conversion, and inform hiring decisions.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes.
Leverage AI and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, research, reporting, and recruiter productivity.
Maintain strong ATS hygiene and continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows.

Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record hiring software engineers and other technical talent.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent technical searches.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise Engineering leaders.
Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
Experience using ATS reporting, funnel metrics, and recruiting data to communicate performance and drive decisions.
Skilled in using AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, remote or distributed teams.
Background recruiting in fintech, trading, brokerage, crypto, or other highly technical environments (preferred).
Experience hiring backend, infrastructure, platform, API, data, or distributed systems engineers (preferred).
Exposure to recruiting across multiple global markets (preferred).
Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms and recruiting dashboards (preferred).
