Description

Own full-cycle recruiting for Connected Warfare production, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain roles.
Source, track, and manage a high volume of candidates without losing momentum or communication quality.
Partner with operations and program leaders to define hiring needs and talent standards.
Learn the manufacturing environment and translate business needs into compelling candidate pitches.
Connect open roles to throughput, revenue impact, and hiring urgency for stakeholders.
Build trust with hiring managers through a consistent operating rhythm and consultative partnership.
Close offers and negotiate with candidates, including experienced negotiators.
Track pipeline and performance data to identify opportunities and improve recruiting outcomes.
Build scalable recruiting strategies using referrals, process improvements, and automation.
Conduct interviews and manage candidate experience with proactive communication and engagement.

Requirements

4+ years of sourcing experience for technical roles.
3+ years of client-facing experience with hiring managers and directors.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain hiring.
Experience recruiting roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Manufacturing Test Engineers, Design Engineers, Purchasers, Buyers, or Industrial Engineers.
Operational mindset with the ability to work effectively with manufacturing and operations leaders.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Experience working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.
Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
Working knowledge of interview techniques, applicant screening methods, and multiple sourcing channels.
Preferred: experience at an agency or fast-paced startup supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
Preferred: hands-on experience working in production and/or supply chain.
Preferred: understanding of supply chain organizations in automotive, aerospace, or similar manufacturing environments.
Preferred: knowledge of procurement cycles including RFP and RFQ processes.

Benefits

US salary range: $60,000–$80,000 base salary.
