Description

  • Schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely communication.
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress, update information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS.
  • Generate reports and provide data insights from Greenhouse.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely, professional communication.
  • Support a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials and agendas.
  • Maintain and organize recruiting files and provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment (preferred).
  • Experience with scheduling tools (preferred).
