Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership to identify funnel bottlenecks and propose solutions that drive revenue growth.
  • Define, build, and operationalize core sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
  • Own end-to-end administration of sales commission structures, including tracking accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and Gong, to improve data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Support implementation and reinforcement of sales methodologies to create a predictable and repeatable sales motion.
  • Lead major cross-functional initiatives from vendor selection to lead-to-cash workflow redesign with minimal oversight.
  • Work directly with the Head of RevOps to align GTM strategy with day-to-day execution.
  • Provide clear, trusted data and actionable insights to Sales leaders and stakeholders.
  • Navigate ambiguity and own complex sales operations problems from conception through completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Deep mastery of Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience integrating sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft or Outreach.
  • Expert-level skills in sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of owning complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Primary ownership of Sales Ops systems and processes, not just a contributor role.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment where the playbook is still being written.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to defend data and provide pushback when needed.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and solve challenges in a hands-on individual contributor role.
