Description

  • Partner with stakeholders across the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration to build support for Ceribell’s solution.
  • Educate hospital teams on the prevalence and importance of non-convulsive seizures.
  • Drive the acquisition process and close business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to create new partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and account managers to develop and expand a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance sales opportunities.
  • Call on multiple hospital departments and sell into C-suite stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with key hospital decision-makers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospitals preferred.
  • Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neurology, or point-of-care environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex hospital-based sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated success with ROI-driven selling, Presidents Club recognition, or high sales rankings.
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to receive and apply coaching effectively.
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts with senior hospital executives preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks while staying focused on sales targets.
  • Background in hospital-based cold calling and cross-department selling preferred.
