Description

  • Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing programs across events, webinars, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Lead planning and execution of regional marketing activities, including third-party conferences and digital programs.
  • Partner with regional Sales teams to align activities with territory goals, drive attendance, capture leads, and accelerate follow-up.
  • Own the event selection process and manage regional budgets to maximize cost efficiency and marketing ROI.
  • Oversee event logistics, including vendor sourcing, venue selection, materials development, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Design to ensure consistent messaging and clean campaign data flow.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance, including pipeline influence, opportunity creation, and revenue impact.
  • Host high-touch field events that convert attendees into qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Marketing, Field Marketing, or Campaign Management.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven ability to host high-touch field events that convert attendees into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Track record of driving and measuring marketing pipeline metrics in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive initiatives from start to finish.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, and Clay.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and work across internal and external teams.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to work remotely from the UK region and travel approximately 30%.
  • Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Dutch, or Arabic is preferred.

  • Target salary range of £70,000 to £110,000 GBP.
