Description

  • Execute the sales plan in the assigned territory and surrounding areas to grow incremental sales and business with new and existing accounts.
  • Drive retail merchandising execution, including expanded SKU distribution, shelf space, promotional displays, coolers, and brand collateral placement.
  • Work with distributor partners through route rides, meetings, market blitzes, and local key account calls.
  • Provide ongoing communication to distributor partners on sales, marketing, and execution opportunities.
  • Participate in local field sales strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives across 10 to 12 stores per day.
  • Conduct account audits and track opportunities, results, and execution using the CRM application.
  • Participate in weekly sales performance reviews and planning calls to review objectives, results, opportunities, and initiatives.
  • Plan routes and account visits in alignment with KPI expectations.
  • Meet assigned daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI requirements.
  • Support sales personnel and leadership with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry, such as beverage or similar categories, distributor sales, or related experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR screening.
  • This is a driving position with up to 50% travel within Canada and the United States.
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Comfort with daily face-to-face interaction with customers.
  • Ability to conduct presentations and speak publicly to large peer groups.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required for Montreal and Quebec City roles.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $85,000 to $90,000 CAD.
  • Quarterly performance bonus.
  • 15 days of paid vacation per year.
  • Vacation accrual in accordance with applicable employment standards and company policy.
