Description

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic Life Sciences and Pharma accounts from an existing customer perspective, using a land-and-expand model.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Drive consultative sales cycles from deep discovery through value realization and successful close.
  • Develop and convert new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Translate customer challenges in Finance, Supply Chain, and other enterprise areas into AI-enabled use cases with measurable business impact.
  • Own a revenue target for closing six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Collaborate closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors.
  • Orchestrate virtual, cross-functional deal teams including sales, marketing, engineering, customer success, professional services, and implementation partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both management consulting and SaaS sales, or strong success in one of those domains.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of enterprise processes and KPIs across the value chain.
  • Solid understanding of the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent German and English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively, inclusively, and with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team.
