Description

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements as the accountable program owner and customer success lead.
  • Staff and coordinate engagements across global cross-functional Celonis teams, including Servicing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Guide customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to drive platform adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey from roadmap definition through value realization.
  • Influence customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
  • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams quickly and effectively.
  • Align Celonis delivery to the customer’s strategy and business-critical priorities.
  • Drive high-quality, on-time project completion, client satisfaction, and adoption targets.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards and gather structured feedback on industry challenges and innovations.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and contribute to advocacy, playbooks, and new assets for the value engineering team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related industries such as production or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Strong background in change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence stakeholders with data, facts, and confidence.
  • Experience working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Natural, consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player with patient, entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams and projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer’s business context.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments.
