Description

  • Own day-to-day management and performance of long-term strategic media partner programs.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, content, newsletters, and targeted placements.
  • Manage partner communications while balancing advocacy, collaboration, and business goals.
  • Standardize processes that improve the consistency, predictability, and scalability of partner-led motions.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders to influence joint priorities and long-term growth.
  • Advocate for the company’s vision and value proposition in strategic alliances and broader market conversations.
  • Plan and execute regional events, trainings, and field activations, including vendor coordination, registration, AV, shipping, and on-site support.
  • Help shape campaign briefs, partner messaging, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative to develop co-marketing content and lead review and approval of externally produced content.
  • Track campaign performance, engagement, pipeline influence, and partner deliverables, then provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in partner marketing, account management, field marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to own and execute marketing programs tied to pipeline goals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships that deliver measurable, multi-quarter revenue impact.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendors and building trust and effective relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead conversations, read the room, and adapt messaging in real time.
  • Experience executing events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Solid content instincts and the ability to contribute to messaging, briefs, and campaign development.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Program-building mindset with experience developing repeatable frameworks and scalable processes.
  • Ownership mentality with a bias toward action, accountability, and results.
  • Must reside in EST or CST.
  • Remote collaboration within core working hours is required.
