Description

  • Design cloud-based integrations and business process automation across SaaS, legacy, cloud, and on-premises applications.
  • Lead customer and partner scoping sessions to assess business needs and define technical solutions.
  • Create requirements, solution architecture, integration design, business process assessment, and change-order documents.
  • Collaborate with sales, project teams, partners, and customers throughout solution development and delivery.
  • Represent customer needs internally and contribute feedback to product design and service delivery.
  • Architect repeatable solutions that can be productized or reused by services teams and partners.
  • Provide architecture guidance, implementation roadmaps, and subject-matter expertise on consulting projects.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining detail and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering, solution consulting, or business process consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or MSIS preferred.
  • Deep technical understanding of integration technologies, including file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs.
  • Knowledge of business operations such as quote-to-cash, supply chain management, procure-to-pay, and accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, or Amazon.
  • Extensive experience working with external customers in pre-sales or consulting roles.
  • Strong written, verbal, problem-solving, organizational, and independent working skills.
  • Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLM models, API lifecycle management, SaaS applications, and EDI preferred.
  • Curiosity about emerging integration patterns and practical experience using AI tools in solution design.
