Description

  • Manage CRM implementation and ongoing vendor relationships, coordinating with field leadership, legal/compliance, and IT.
  • Develop CRM training materials and deliver or coordinate ongoing training and onboarding for new field employees.
  • Define and maintain CRM roadmap, prioritize and implement periodic enhancements and integrations with other business systems (e.g., promotional material ordering, speaker bureau, sunshine reporting).
  • Partner with IT to implement help-desk support for CRM and respond to CRM-specific support requests.
  • Develop and implement call reporting to track sales force call activity and provide CRM analytics to internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate and operate field credentialing program, stand up credentialing office, and provide ongoing field support for credentialing.
  • Design, document, and launch vehicle reimbursement/fleet programs, including vendor coordination, policy development, and training.
  • Manage territory alignments, sales force sizing/balancing projects, alignment exceptions and apportionments, ensuring pull-through to reporting and incentive compensation.
  • Develop systems and processes for field sponsorships and grants, implement the system, and train/own the process with field leadership, IT, and finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of sales operations experience with significant partnership experience with a sales team.
  • Knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, workforce sizing, territory alignment, and targeting.
  • Solid knowledge of Veeva CRM with experience implementing from scratch and providing ongoing support.
  • Experience implementing and managing field enablement programs, including fleet/reimbursement and credentialing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to take projects from development through implementation.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and deliver in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.

  • Anticipated base pay range $147,000–$200,000 DOE.
