Description

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialists (Account Executives).
  • Inspire the team to build pipeline, advance opportunities, and close deals at high velocity.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching on business value presentations and executive-level communication.
  • Use data to improve team KPIs and influence Small Business segment strategy.
  • Support team members throughout the sales process and hold them accountable to performance goals.
  • Lead by example in a structured sales environment with consistent deal and forecast management.
  • Attract, recruit, interview, and retain top sales talent.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that advance the business.
  • Help build and scale a team in the Canadian market, including upmarket sales success.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Toronto or Quebec.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and coaching a quota-carrying team.
  • 3+ years of software sales experience.
  • Experience selling and/or managing in the Canadian tech market preferred.
  • Experience building a new team, preferably in a new market.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Superior professional presence, business acumen, and confidence presenting to executives.
  • Track record of sales excellence and ability to drive results in ambiguous situations.
