Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the North America region on Cato’s business and technical capabilities.
  • Lead major product launches by driving cross-functional alignment and launch execution.
  • Develop and deliver messaging and collateral that clearly communicates Cato’s value to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Create thought leadership content including blogs, white papers, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including battle cards, to support field teams.
  • Partner closely with NAM sales teams on strategic customer conversations and product demonstrations.
  • Support and influence marketing initiatives such as customer case studies, SE training, event messaging, and analyst briefings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to align positioning and go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing management experience in the security space.
  • Background in networking and/or security from engineering, pre-sales, post-sales, or product marketing roles.
  • Strong storytelling ability across formats such as eBooks, webinars, blog posts, and presentations.
  • Data-driven approach to informing product decisions and marketing messaging.
  • Ability to work effectively with leaders across Product, Sales, Engineering, and other functions.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, agile, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Charismatic, confident, and persuasive communication style.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
  • Experience in a high-visibility role is preferred.
