Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Strategists.
  • Own team performance against go-live, CSAT, and time-to-go-live metrics.
  • Support clients directly throughout the implementation and onboarding process.
  • Assign accounts and balance team capacity against client needs.
  • Improve implementation processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product to improve the end-to-end client lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to scale the Implementation team.
  • Maintain accountability for company-aligned implementation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large teams against volume-based metrics.
  • Deep hands-on experience with retail platforms.
  • Retail cannabis experience preferred.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Track record of building, motivating, and inspiring teams.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills with internal teams and clients.
  • Analytical, structured, first-principles approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Starting salary of $98,000–$115,000, based on role level.
