Description

Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using Carvana’s car haulers.
Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect vehicles to ensure they remain safe to drive.
Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system.
Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s driver qualification policy.
Interact with customers in a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused manner.
Support local community engagement and customer experience efforts as part of the role.
Perform duties in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme weather when required.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain a notary license in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, sponsored by Carvana.
Ability to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment, sponsored by Carvana.
California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment, sponsored by Carvana.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, including 8+ hours.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
Must be able to drive frequently with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Starting pay of $24 per hour with a pay range of $24-$26 per hour.
Performance-based pay increases, including opportunities to reach $24.50 at 3 months and $25 at 6 months.
