Description

  • Own execution and performance of Amazon and online retail organic catalog management strategy for a book of business.
  • Manage clients’ product catalogs and organic presence through daily optimizations, fixes, planning, and strategic pivots.
  • Analyze performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other retail platforms to create action plans tied to business performance.
  • Track, report, and communicate catalog updates, promotional strategy, and issue resolution to clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with account leadership to shape and evolve channel strategy within broader go-to-market plans.
  • Resolve catalog issues and manage cases related to online retail operations.
  • Improve client performance and business impact against goals through ongoing optimization.
  • Participate in weekly scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon or online retail catalog management.
  • Significant organic/catalog management experience in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and/or Walmart Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to delegate effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism with internal teams and clients.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
