Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana’s car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler safely and inspect the hauler and vehicle before transport.
  • Complete customer paperwork and document detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Interact with customers in a customer-facing role and represent Carvana during deliveries.
  • Support local community-facing and customer-delight activities as part of the role.
  • Perform physical tasks related to detailing, vehicle handling, and delivery operations in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work one of the required shifts: 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week with rotating weekdays and weekend days off.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary license in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must satisfy state-specific access requirements for DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing/walking for 8+ hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varied weather conditions.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
