Description

  • Maintain and update source files used for weekly metrics reporting across multiple teams and tools.
  • Monitor R&D cloud spend, track overages, and produce weekly cloud spend health reports.
  • Manage escalations from internal teams by updating and tracking JIRA tickets for the R&D organization.
  • Coordinate translation projects between R&D and external vendors.
  • Support procurement activities by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, facilitating approvals, and assisting with vendor evaluation.
  • Track vendor products, renewals, usage, billing, and team expenses to ensure alignment with agreements.
  • Facilitate recurring internal meetings, take and distribute notes, and keep collaboration tools updated.
  • Track development hours spent on innovation for audit and financial reporting purposes.
  • Support accessibility compliance efforts by coordinating reports and product gap follow-up with Product, Compliance, R&D, and vendors.
  • Coordinate security and compliance tasks, including training completion, open-source tooling review, and security escalations.
  • Plan and execute team events, including scheduling, catering, invitations, on-site logistics, budgets, and payments.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or business analyst role, preferably in a software or technology organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, finance, legal, and vendor teams.
  • Experience working in or alongside Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing management-level presentations and metric reports.
  • Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and contract coordination.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for ticket tracking and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, IBM, or Azure at a conceptual level for cost monitoring purposes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charting, advanced formulas, and data analytics techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building clear, visually compelling presentations.
  • Experience with project and work management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
  • Working understanding of basic database querying concepts, including the ability to read and construct simple SQL SELECT queries.
  • Foundational understanding of software development concepts, including SDLC, version control, release cycles, and how development, QA, and operations teams interact.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
