Description

  • Record natural-sounding conversations with an assigned partner using provided scripts and prompts.
  • Play assigned roles such as Customer or Support Agent during the recordings.
  • Follow all instructions, scripts, and scenario guidelines carefully.
  • Complete approximately 1 hour of recorded audio per assignment, sometimes in one or two languages.
  • Ensure recordings are made in a quiet, noise-free environment with clear audio quality.
  • Upload files correctly and follow naming and submission requirements.
  • Re-record tasks when audio quality or instruction-following standards are not met.
  • Complete assignments within deadlines and submit work for quality review.

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Spain or France.
  • Ability to speak naturally and clearly in the required language(s).
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and pay close attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work with a partner on conversation-based tasks.
  • Availability to re-record tasks if needed.
  • Access to a computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Working microphone and ability to produce clear, noise-free audio.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
  • Ability to download, rename, and upload files.
  • Agreement to sign an acknowledgement form confirming understanding of task, quality, payment terms, and data use.
