Description

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for the Career Edge app and website.
  • Guide participants through onboarding, profile completion, and navigation of Career Edge features.
  • Design, schedule, and facilitate virtual orientations for workforce development services.
  • Conduct remote professional development workshops such as resume polishing, virtual interview techniques, and soft skills training.
  • Execute digital outreach campaigns through social media, email, and text messaging to attract and re-engage participants.
  • Provide remote assistance to participants using online workforce portals and career resources.
  • Help participants complete intakes, self-assessments, document uploads, and applications virtually.
  • Deliver support through chat, email, and video calls while triaging inquiries and routing participants into eligibility pathways.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of virtual service workflows, attendance logs, and engagement data in reporting databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional comfort navigating web apps, mobile app interfaces, and interactive web events using Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a dynamic team environment with strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
  • 2+ years of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
  • High energy and clarity when speaking on camera, with the ability to hold an online audience’s attention.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead a team with different working styles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive personnel matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Benefits

  • Full-time, exempt position.
  • Remote / North Bay, CA work location.
  • Salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year.
