Description

Serve as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for the Career Edge app and website.
Guide participants through onboarding, profile completion, and navigation of Career Edge features.
Design, schedule, and facilitate virtual orientations for workforce development services.
Conduct remote professional development workshops such as resume polishing, virtual interview techniques, and soft skills training.
Execute digital outreach campaigns through social media, email, and text messaging to attract and re-engage participants.
Provide remote assistance to participants using online workforce portals and career resources.
Help participants complete intakes, self-assessments, document uploads, and applications virtually.
Deliver support through chat, email, and video calls while triaging inquiries and routing participants into eligibility pathways.
Maintain accurate documentation of virtual service workflows, attendance logs, and engagement data in reporting databases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional comfort navigating web apps, mobile app interfaces, and interactive web events using Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx.
2+ years of experience working in a dynamic team environment with strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
2+ years of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
High energy and clarity when speaking on camera, with the ability to hold an online audience’s attention.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead a team with different working styles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive personnel matters with tact and diplomacy.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Benefits

Full-time, exempt position.
Remote / North Bay, CA work location.
Salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year.
