Description

  • Manage and maintain Magento and Shopify eCommerce websites.
  • Update and maintain product catalogs, including listings, descriptions, pricing, images, categories, attributes, and specifications.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and customer-friendly.
  • Monitor stock visibility and merchandising presentation.
  • Coordinate new product listing requests, including images, copy, translations, and other required materials.
  • Monitor and manage the shopping cart and checkout process to ensure customers can complete purchases smoothly.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on checkout, payment, cart, catalog, and website bugs until resolved.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on product pages, navigation, search, promotions, discounts, mobile responsiveness, and website usability.
  • Coordinate website updates and operational tasks with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized task tracking and reporting, including Trello-based task organization and weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Shopify, Magento, or Adobe Commerce; Magento 2 is preferred.
  • Experience managing eCommerce product catalogs.
  • Strong understanding of the customer shopping experience and online store operations.
  • Experience with website QA and testing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow structured procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with multi-store or international eCommerce websites is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, merchandising, and conversion optimization is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with developers and managing website-related projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and task management systems is preferred.
  • Applicants should include Magento and Shopify experience and examples of websites they have managed.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work arrangement.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
