Description

  • Own product marketing for new solutions, including messaging, positioning, and launch strategy.
  • Lead product marketing for the commercial segment and equip sales with collateral, insights, and training.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and translate findings into strategic recommendations for Sales and Product.
  • Develop differentiated messaging that supports go-to-market and expansion strategies.
  • Conduct and synthesize primary customer research to identify pain points and inform product and marketing direction.
  • Build sales assets such as decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align GTM priorities.
  • Serve as an internal evangelist for the voice of the customer and represent CaptivateIQ to prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing and 8–10 years of overall professional experience.
  • Experience launching new products and driving go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Deep understanding of competitive intelligence and how to use it to differentiate and win deals.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into compelling messaging.
  • Track record of partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and iterate on success.
  • Driven, resourceful, and motivated to go the extra mile to help teams succeed.
