Description

  • Own a portfolio of SI and consulting partners as the primary point of contact for delivery success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to improve partner performance and engagement quality.
  • Advise partners on data modeling, incentive compensation logic, and financial reporting design.
  • Review complex partner solutions and enforce CaptivateIQ standards for scalable, audit-ready go-lives.
  • Coordinate with internal Solution Architects, Product, and Integrations teams to resolve technical blockers.
  • Serve as the escalation point for partner-led implementations and triage technical issues.
  • Balance customer expectations with CaptivateIQ compliance and quality standards.
  • Capture partner feedback and systemic issues to inform product and enablement roadmaps.
  • Document co-delivery playbooks and other scalable process materials.
  • Define and maintain partner scorecards that track delivery quality, CSAT, and risk signals.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS in Partner Success, Solution Architecture, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Leadership.
  • Experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or other high-complexity SaaS environments, such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, or SAP Commissions.
  • Ability to lead structured discovery and evaluate complex solution designs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system constraints and behavior.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives with Sales, CS, PS, Product, and Marketing.
  • Comfort owning programs end-to-end.
  • Strong facilitation skills for executive-level conversations and detailed working sessions with partner consultants.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to create structure, frameworks, and documentation.
