Description

  • Serve as the primary learning and development partner for Technology leaders and the broader Technology community.
  • Establish an intake rhythm and learning priorities aligned to delivery goals.
  • Conduct structured needs assessments to identify root causes behind development needs and recommend the right solution mix.
  • Build trusted stakeholder partnerships and drive adoption through clear communication and shared accountability.
  • Design and deliver enablement on core concepts and shared practices for technology teams.
  • Create reusable toolkits, job aids, and bite-sized learning assets that support on-the-job application.
  • Partner with technology leaders to reinforce learning through retrospectives, team health checks, and delivery routines.
  • Lead or support the centralization and refinement of Technology training materials to reduce duplication and improve onboarding consistency.
  • Develop track-specific onboarding resources to accelerate time to contribution.
  • Own end-to-end design and delivery of the enablement portfolio from scope through pilot, launch, and iteration.
  • Facilitate sessions directly or coordinate internal facilitators while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Define success measures and evaluation plans for enablement efforts and report on impact.
  • Use participation, feedback, and adoption signals to continuously improve programs and provide executive-ready recommendations.
  • Administer and maintain the learning management system back end for Technology enablement programs.
  • Embed inclusive learning, accessibility, and values-based enablement practices.
  • Support change enablement with communication-ready resources, job aids, and reinforcement guidance for leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or performance consulting.
  • Demonstrated capability in needs assessment, program design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and program/project management.
  • Experience partnering with technical or delivery organizations and translating complex practices into practical enablement.
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and producing participation/completion reporting.
  • Familiarity with learning measurement and evaluation approaches and using data to drive continuous improvement, preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in talent development, facilitation, coaching, evaluation, or change management, preferred.
  • Consulting and business partnering skills, including the ability to diagnose needs and influence without authority.
  • Strong project/program management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and learning design grounded in adult learning practices.
  • Ability to build reusable standards, toolkits, and knowledge resources that scale across teams.
  • Ability to use data and feedback to improve learning experiences and demonstrate impact.

Benefits

  • Remote work available for non-local candidates and hybrid work available for candidates local to NYC or the Denver area.
  • Base salary range of $98,000-$155,000 USD for remote U.S. candidates.
  • Base salary range of $124,000-$155,000 USD for New York, NY candidates.
  • Base salary range of $113,600-$142,000 USD for Denver, CO candidates.
