Description

  • Conduct training needs analyses across Engineering Operations roles and identify capability gaps.
  • Develop and maintain role-based training pathways, competency frameworks, and the regional training matrix.
  • Design, coordinate, schedule, and deliver internal and external training programs.
  • Assign, track, and maintain training records in the LMS, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Monitor training completion, escalate gaps, and support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, performance data, and audit outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and targeted training interventions to improve competency and safe work practices.
  • Partner with Engineering Operations leaders, subject matter experts, Global Training, HSE, People, Payroll, and site leadership teams.
  • Support safety-related training, awareness programs, risk assessment inputs, and incident learnings.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and support digital, scalable learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in training coordination, learning and development, or capability building.
  • Experience managing training systems and competency frameworks.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse training needs and implement structured programs.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience in technical, engineering, or operational environments (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of WHS/OHS requirements as context for training (desirable).
  • Experience supporting safety or compliance-based training programs (desirable).
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required for new CFC builds, retrofit projects, site visits, or major H&S issues.
