Description

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment, market, and peer data to support investor relations strategy, planning, and client engagement.
  • Use AI-enabled analytical tools to accelerate data exploration, pattern recognition, trend analysis, and benchmarking while validating outputs.
  • Develop data-driven research for thought leadership, executive briefings, and client deliverables.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights that explain implications, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports on a bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with standardized outputs.
  • Oversee IREC databases, subscriptions, and internal data resources to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and appropriate access.
  • Design repeatable data management and data entry processes that can be implemented across teams.
  • Review, audit, and standardize raw investment data received in multiple formats using traditional and AI-assisted techniques.
  • Manage database licenses, vendor relationships, and coordination with Precision AQ partners to support compliant configuration and use.
  • Integrate AI into research, reporting, and data workflows while establishing human-in-the-loop review standards and documenting AI-supported processes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technology aptitude.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI-enabled tools or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated research, synthesize insights, and solve problems proactively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting as well as independently.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy, deadlines, data integrity, and high-quality work.
  • Sound judgment when working with sensitive, confidential, or client-facing data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience with FactSet; experience in healthcare, finance, or investment-related environments strongly preferred.
