Description

  • Manage day-to-day vendor operations, including billing reconciliation, performance reporting, and access provisioning/remediation.
  • Coordinate meetings, monitor calls, and resolve technology-related issues with the appropriate teams.
  • Support risk and compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor business controls as a first line of defense and identify risks or control gaps.
  • Conduct business control self-assessments and support process governance and documentation.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams on frameworks, controls, and adherence requirements.
  • Identify control failures, recommend corrective actions, and support remediation planning and execution.
  • Assist with regulatory and litigation-related requests, including documentation and response support.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help strengthen operational workflows.
  • Analyze data, generate insights, and create reports and presentation materials for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support, operations, risk/compliance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Intermediate Power BI skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience interpreting contracts and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance management frameworks.
  • Experience with process improvement, documentation, and issue remediation support.
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a structured, timely manner.
  • Experience supporting vendor management and operational processes.
