Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer stage across multiple roles and business areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and improve hiring decisions.
  • Conduct candidate assessments focused on technical fit, soft skills, communication, and long-term potential.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, urgency, and strong expectation management.
  • Use recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Improve recruiting operations, including processes, workflows, documentation, and hiring best practices.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support interview consistency, candidate quality standards, and overall recruiting excellence.
  • Act as a trusted business partner while balancing speed, quality, and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced and high-volume environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, ownership, and urgency.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, or technology-focused roles is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and identifying actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes, workflows, or operational structure is highly valued.
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and challenge stakeholders when necessary.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
