Description

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise messaging, identity, and compliance services.
  • Define and manage the Agile Release Train roadmap for mail, identity, and compliance value streams.
  • Develop Lean Business Cases for epics and features related to resiliency, modernization, compliance, and security.
  • Lead SAFe Agile delivery activities, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt ceremonies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, connectors, SMTP relay, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle for Microsoft Entra ID capabilities tied to messaging, Teams, and access controls.
  • Lead product ownership for Microsoft Purview eDiscovery and legal hold capabilities, including workflows and operational readiness.
  • Define governance standards and support models for legal hold, retention, inactive mailbox handling, and defensible preservation.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs and service health metrics for messaging, identity, and compliance platforms.
  • Produce executive-level updates, QBRs, and PI Planning materials for senior leadership.
  • Design and execute change management, communication, and operational readiness plans for platform changes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, legal, privacy, records management, risk, audit, and business operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product ownership, product management, or equivalent platform leadership experience.
  • Significant experience with enterprise messaging, collaboration, identity, security, or compliance services.
  • SAFe Agile certification such as SAFe PM/PO, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a scaled agile environment.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, including mail flow, connectors, transport rules, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, SMTP relay, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including collaboration governance, policy management, meeting and messaging controls, and Microsoft 365 integration points.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle dependencies, access governance concepts, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, legal hold, retention, and compliance operations.
  • Experience managing or partnering on Proofpoint mail security capabilities, including routing, filtering, connector integration, and operational governance.
  • Proven ability to translate operational, risk, and compliance requirements into prioritized roadmaps, features, KPIs, and executive communications.
