Description

  • Support network and telecom project activities, including requirements gathering and pricing input for needed solutions.
  • Ensure business logic and call flows remain intact during telecom migrations.
  • Manage carrier porting, SIP trunking, and related infrastructure configuration.
  • Collect and manage customer requirements, including participating in pre-project discussions with customers.
  • Develop ROM estimates, defend estimates, and obtain formal approvals.
  • Support direct implementation of small network and telecom projects and manage project plans.
  • Assist with onboarding external resources and oversee third-party engineering resources on larger projects.
  • Provide monthly reporting on project activities.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with training new hires.
  • Support the design, development, documentation, implementation, and operation of network and telecom systems, including production rollouts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of telecom systems experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) scripting and Call Studio.
  • Ability to reconfigure and validate complex call flows, IVR menus, and queueing logic.
  • Strong knowledge of Finesse, CUIC reporting, and CVP (Voice Portal).
  • Experience providing Tier 3 post-migration support and Day 2 optimization based on business feedback.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Toll-Free and DID migrations, preferably to Bandwidth.
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco VCube (CUBE) setup, dial-peer configuration, and SIP normalization.
  • Proficiency with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Border Element.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex call-routing issues across legacy carriers and Bandwidth during and after cutover.
  • Experience creating and executing UAT plans for voice services.
  • Strong documentation skills for dial plans, call flow diagrams, and troubleshooting playbooks.
  • Basic understanding of project management, timelines, critical path, and budget awareness.
