Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests received from customers.
  • Coordinate incident investigation and resolution with L1, L2, and L3 support teams.
  • Communicate effectively between internal teams and external customers to support service delivery.
  • Follow Service Desk policies and procedures while working in a shift-based environment.
  • Participate in backup operations and asset management lifecycle activities.
  • Perform end device troubleshooting for laptops, printers, and similar equipment.
  • Support server equipment installation, including rack and unrack tasks and cabling.
  • Work independently to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced service center operation.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work a shift schedule.
  • Desire to grow and commit to the role.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Knowledge of end device troubleshooting, including laptops and printers.
  • Technical skills with server equipment installation, including rack/unrack and cable management.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (nice to have).
  • Analytical skills (nice to have).
  • Basic knowledge of Linux (nice to have).
  • Understanding of database administration (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL best practices (nice to have).
  • Experience in networking, system administration, databases, or application support (nice to have).
  • Foreign language skills in Spanish, French, or German are advantageous.
