Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and support inquiries through a helpdesk system.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify effective solutions, and help ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers by helpdesk, phone, or video as needed to resolve requests.
  • Collaborate with support and product-oriented teams to deliver solutions.
  • Gather customer change requests and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements for Document Developers.
  • Diagnose issues and interpret document logic and existing configurations.
  • Use simple VB.NET code and SQL queries to support analysis and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate or execute approved changes through development, staging, and production environments.
  • Balance customer communication, technical analysis, and attention to detail across multiple requests.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or support, with the ability to manage and resolve issues through a helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommended solutions.
  • Basic programming or scripting experience, such as VB.NET or similar, or a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Business-level English fluency.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating or executing changes across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Preferred: experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services industries.
  • Preferred: experience with document generation systems.
  • Preferred: experience or familiarity with SQL databases and queries.
  • Preferred: experience working with a variety of helpdesk and change tracking systems.
