Description

  • Own the stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Oversee pre-production and staging environments to support smooth releases.
  • Triage application alerts, perform root cause analysis, and manage post-incident follow-up.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and improvements to monitoring tools and processes.
  • Build AI-enabled tools and agents that automate repetitive support, triage, and reporting tasks.
  • Research supported blockchains and DApps to assess their impact on product supportability.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate technical issues into actionable root-cause information.
  • Provide clear, empathetic updates to end users during application or blockchain incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge users and engineering teams.
  • Ability to investigate deep root causes of issues and maintain a strong focus on system stability.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Blockchain/Web3 technical depth, including hands-on experience writing or deploying DApps on Solana or EVM (nice to have).
  • Practical experience with staking across blockchains (nice to have).
