Description

  • Create business-to-consumer acquisition content from concept through completion.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to synthesize product information and develop creative content.
  • Develop detailed briefs for new asset development, incorporating messaging, legal requirements, optimization learnings, KPI requirements, target audience, deliverables, and budget expectations.
  • Use analytics and performance data to refine marketing strategies, improve response rates, and enhance customer experience across channels.
  • Analyze internal, competitive, and market research data to recommend improvements to go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop test-and-learn creative concepts to improve response rates, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Manage the creative asset library end to end, including utilization, performance, timing, and market availability.
  • Analyze results to inform future optimizations across social media posts, display banners, video, search copy, direct mail landing pages, and email.
  • Lead projects with key stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to deliver high-performing assets.
  • Run cross-functional meetings to align on strategy, provide status updates, assign owners and deadlines, prioritize work, and own the creative direction for assigned channels.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creative business-to-consumer acquisition content across websites, direct mail, email, and social media.
  • Experience using data-driven insights and analytics to optimize marketing content and customer experience.
  • Ability to develop creative briefs that account for messaging, legal requirements, KPIs, audience, deliverables, and budget.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors on marketing projects.
  • Ability to analyze internal data, competitive data, and marketing research to support strategy recommendations.
  • Knowledge of current direct mail, digital marketing, and content best practices.
  • Experience creating tailored, account-specific assets for specific audiences.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Package.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Optimizely and any video editing software.
  • Preferred: experience leading cross-functional meetings and owning creative strategy within assigned channels.
