Description

  • Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 identity and access components such as Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, app registrations, and conditional access policies.
  • Work with Microsoft Purview and the security and compliance team to improve the organization’s security posture.
  • Perform regular health assessments of the Microsoft 365 environment and implement remediation plans.
  • Lead the organization-wide configuration and management of Microsoft Teams.
  • Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot agents within Microsoft Teams and Copilot Studio.
  • Troubleshoot Teams issues including connectivity, audio/video quality, and integration problems.
  • Analyze Teams usage logs and call quality data to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Manage and deploy Teams apps, bots, connectors, and custom solutions.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API integrations to automate Microsoft 365 and Teams tasks.
  • Provide third-level support for complex Microsoft 365 and Teams incidents.
  • Create training materials and conduct end-user training on Teams features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with service desk teams to improve troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams deployment, configuration, and management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity management with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
  • Experience with Teams audio/video setup, troubleshooting, and quality assessment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for Teams customization and integration.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for Microsoft 365 and Teams management.
  • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automations within Teams.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is nice to have.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate is nice to have.
