Description

  • Build and document a tiered, end-to-end audit process based on the provided framework.
  • Define a standardized operating model for each audit tier and phase, including scope, methodology, inputs, and outputs.
  • Create repeatable workflows and quality standards for audits from intake through delivery.
  • Collaborate with Craft leads across Design, Copy, Strategy, and Tech to define craft-specific audit deliverables.
  • Work with the Growth team to develop client-facing materials such as service descriptions, case examples, and scoping tools.
  • Support the development of process and service infrastructure for the audit offering.
  • Translate practitioner knowledge into documented, scalable processes.
  • Contribute to operational excellence across multiple client audits.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Proven experience as a project or program manager establishing workflows and delivery systems in project-based environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex operations and turn insights into scalable, actionable designs.
  • Prior experience in creative agencies, studios, or professional services, with an understanding of creative production workflows and team dynamics.
  • Strong systems and framework design thinking with a service design mindset.
  • Ability to translate practitioner knowledge into documented, repeatable processes.
  • Experience building repeatable service offerings or consulting methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in an agency-like environment is preferred.
