Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of writers, editors, and creative producers.
  • Maintain high writing and editorial standards across all content and communications.
  • Plan and execute content campaigns with demand generation, performance, and brand marketing teams.
  • Own the editorial and social media calendars to ensure timely and strategic publishing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
  • Develop and manage content across website copy, SEO blogs, thought leadership, press releases, guides, eBooks, landing pages, email, and social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and supports SEO, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with SEO and performance teams to improve search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Oversee content quality assurance to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, and correct grammar.
  • Track content performance metrics and use data to refine strategy and future planning.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial management, or marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content teams and manage editorial workflows.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing SEO content, web copy, thought leadership, and digital assets.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Proven experience with web content management systems such as WordPress and project management tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and deadline discipline.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech/startup environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with content across the full funnel, including awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience managing agency or freelance contributors.
