Description

  • Lead and coordinate group reporting activities and financial reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports and regulatory filings.
  • Support consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
  • Perform financial and variance analysis for leadership teams.
  • Monitor deadlines and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
  • Review reports for discrepancies and risks, and identify process improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and changing reporting regulations.
  • Support payroll-related accounting activities and reporting.
  • Lead projects involving financial reporting, process optimization, and systems enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions and time zones, using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or finance experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience managing complex reporting processes and multiple deadlines.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during critical reporting deadlines.
  • IFRS reporting experience preferred.
  • SAP S/4HANA and Power BI experience preferred.
  • Payroll accounting experience preferred.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or master’s coursework preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.
  • Proactive ownership, stakeholder management, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
