Description

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight Canvas Medical's automation capabilities and clinical workflow improvements.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clinical, operational, and financial decision-makers.
  • Create and deliver customized proposals that clearly articulate ROI and implementation roadmaps.
  • Partner with leadership to refine pricing strategies and deal structures that accelerate adoption.
  • Develop deep relationships with healthcare executives, practice administrators, and clinical leaders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on healthcare automation and modern EMR capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful implementations.
  • Gather and synthesize market feedback to inform product roadmap and competitive positioning.
  • Experiment with new prospecting strategies, refine the ideal customer profile, and create repeatable sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare technology, preferably in EMR, practice management, or clinical workflow solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets of $1M+ annually.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, practice operations, and the healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with EMR platforms, healthcare automation trends, and interoperability challenges.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards.
  • Understanding of the economic drivers and reimbursement models in healthcare.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Excellent written communication for proposals, follow-ups, and internal collaboration.
  • Growth mindset, enthusiasm for experimentation, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with strong personal accountability and time management skills for remote work.

  • Competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 base with on-target earnings of $300,000 - $360,000.
