Description

  • Support administrative operations tasks.
  • Develop documents such as SOPs and presentations.
  • Manage Teams channels and internal communications.
  • Create a new SharePoint site.
  • Organize the internal communications team structure.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Teams and SharePoint preferred.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Monday.com preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different functional areas.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive communicator who flags issues early.
