Description

  • Assess current employee engagement efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Research best practices for employee engagement, communication, and recognition.
  • Develop recommendations for sustainable initiatives that strengthen communication and employee connection.
  • Design employee spotlight and recognition program concepts, including templates and a communication schedule.
  • Create sample internal communication materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, or intranet content.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of an internal communication or social platform based on organizational resources.
  • Recommend strategies to foster collaboration and a stronger sense of community among employees.
  • Develop an employee engagement plan and supporting resources that can be maintained over time.

Requirements

  • Completed at least three years of accredited college or university coursework in Business Management, Human Resources, or Communications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Comfort using technology and willingness to learn new digital tools and platforms (preferred).
  • Creative interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and internal communications (preferred).
  • Experience with Canva or similar design and communication tools is a plus.
