Description

  • Gather and document business requirements from program teams and stakeholders.
  • Translate meetings, notes, and program discussions into structured requirement artifacts.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for development and QA teams.
  • Support UAT by organizing feedback, documenting bugs and enhancement requests, and tracking testing outcomes.
  • Capture and manage intake requests in Jira, spreadsheets, or other designated tools.
  • Maintain alignment across Jira, Excel trackers, meeting notes, and other tracking sources.
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, follow-ups, and handoff documentation under Senior BA guidance.
  • Maintain requirement repositories, SOPs, documentation libraries, and backlog readiness materials.
  • Track dependencies, open questions, and decision items for escalation to the Senior BA.
  • Document reporting requirements and support lightweight delivery status or operational reports.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or technical delivery environments.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based workflows preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple conversations into structured artifacts.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, support-oriented mindset.
  • Strong process mapping skills, including current-state and future-state mapping.
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Understanding of Salesforce objects, data concepts, and automation constraints.
  • Experience collaborating with Salesforce admins, developers, and/or external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar tools and documentation platforms such as Confluence or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting UAT/test planning and converting requirements into test scenarios or cases, preferred.
  • Experience in rules-driven environments such as eligibility, incentives, or compliance-like programs, preferred.
  • BA certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.

Benefits

  • Contract rate of $35-$45 per hour.
  • 40 hours per week with the possibility to extend the contract.
  • Potential to convert to full-time if needs arise.
  • Remote, US-based work arrangement.
