Description

  • Maintain and update the NetSuite system, including inventory and item records.
  • Add new parts to the NetSuite inventory module following established procedures and standards.
  • Analyze item and update information, identify variances or issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Import and maintain manufacturer price lists, price levels, and related data in NetSuite.
  • Prepare reports and organize data to support decision-making and data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
  • Design, implement, and test systems or process improvements to solve problems and increase efficiency.
  • Use the CRM system to edit documents, create accurate quotes, and route quotes to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Plan, execute, document testing phases, and provide user support.
  • Complete ad hoc reporting and imports as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with ERP software, preferably NetSuite.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to apply basic algebra, fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical work.
  • Strong data analysis and calculation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations and balance routine and analytical tasks.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in problem-solving.
  • Effective English communication skills with different stakeholders.
