Description

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for IT, Facilities, HR, and Legal functions.
  • Analyze and manage departmental results, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and manage the chart of accounts.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Produce financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with business finance and regional accounting teams on budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.
  • Maintain accurate reporting for accruals and prepaid expenses.
  • Support corporate-level financial statement reporting, internal reporting structures, and KPI reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
  • CPA and/or MBA is desirable.
  • 3 to 5 years of finance or accounting experience is required.
  • Accounting experience is preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of operating expenses (OPEX) and related financial analysis and reporting processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Knowledge of financial applications, ERP applications, and/or planning applications is desirable.
  • Successful completion of background screening, including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, Social Security verification, and credit and drug screening where applicable.
  • Experience with accounting or finance functions supporting budgeting and forecasting is expected.
