Description

  • Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document project requirements.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, including tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for design and development teams.
  • Develop and communicate project timelines to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up with clients to gather needed information and materials and resolve delays promptly.
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to keep projects moving.
  • Anticipate potential issues and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects and a strong understanding of online retail operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client relationship management.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and solve problems to keep projects on track.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection required.
  • At least 8 GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
  • Genuine interest in work, strong follow-through, clear communication, positivity, collaboration, and a commitment to growth and industry trends.
