Description

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients that need staffing services.
  • Introduce and promote the company’s staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development and Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects by phone and email when needed.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic understanding of staffing, recruitment, or HR services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on a Monday-to-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST schedule.
  • Must be available for 100% work-from-home work.
  • Preference for candidates from the Republic of the Philippines.
