Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define contractor requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with staffing vendors and coordinate timely submissions of qualified candidates.
  • Review candidate submissions for alignment with role, contract, customer, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate technical evaluations, interviews, feedback, candidate recommendations, and communications.
  • Support incumbent capture efforts by tracking contract employees, re-compete risks, headcount, and workforce transitions.
  • Coordinate security clearance investigations, CAC processing, and badging logistics for contractor hires.
  • Facilitate onboarding for contractors, subcontractors, and 1099 staff, including documentation, agreements, compliance steps, and system access.
  • Maintain ATS records and report on requisition status, time-to-fill, vendor performance, and pipeline activity.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with OFCCP, affirmative action, federal contractor, and company requirements.
  • Protect sensitive information and participate in recruiting initiatives and process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including at least 1 year in federal government contracting.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding for contractors, subcontractors, or 1099 staff.
  • Exposure to incumbent capture, contract re-competes, workforce tracking, and transitions.
  • Experience maintaining ATS records, generating recruiting reports, and tracking pipeline metrics.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, affirmative action reporting, and federal contractor hiring regulations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with staffing vendors or third-party recruiting firms preferred.
  • Familiarity with security clearances, SF-86 submissions, background investigations, CAC, and badge processing preferred.
  • Experience with ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, SAP or ERP recruiting, 1099 compliance, or compensation benchmarking preferred.
